Our Project and Contract management team works diligently at all aspects from design assist to plan room bids building return business relationships along the way, from the walk through, to the quote, and finally the installation. IMS also maintains due diligence in keeping up with government standards and requirements concerning HVAC equipment, and we incorporate green contracting (where required or requested) into our projects.
